Seanna Crosley
Seanna Crosley is an accomplished consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations achieve their revenue, partnership, and growth goals. Her expertise spans corporate, foundation, and sports partnerships, major gifts, special events, annual giving, and grassroots community fundraising. For the past three years, Seanna led fundraising and donor engagement operations for Philadelphia Soccer 2026, the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Host City organization for Philadelphia. In this role, she managed relationships with more than 100 corporate and philanthropic partners and developed a comprehensive stewardship program supporting six FIFA World Cup matches and related events. Her work fostered meaningful connections among partners, donors, and the Philadelphia community while advancing the organization’s fundraising and engagement goals.
Seanna is a skilled relationship builder with a deep understanding of how to work effectively with boards and advisory councils, corporate executives, community organizations, major philanthropists, and internal teams. She is an active member of the Forum for Executive Women, where she co-leads the nonprofit peer circle, and is a 2022 Leadership Philadelphia alum. She also serves on the boards of Women Against Abuse and Wonderspring in Philadelphia.
When she’s not busy supporting organizations with achieving their goals, Seanna enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Conlan, and their sweet daughter, Rowan. She loves to travel, read, enjoy great meals with family and friends, and watch her daughter grow and explore the world around her.
Behind the name
Rowse (pronounced "rose") is an old English word meaning to stir into action: to awaken potential, inspire, and bring energy and purpose. It's also personal, a nod to Seanna's daughter, Rowan, and to the sport of rowing, where success never comes from one person pulling harder than everyone else; it comes from a team moving together, in sync, toward a shared destination. That's how the best partnerships work.
