Rowse Consulting is a Philadelphia-based strategic advisory firm operating across two practices — strategic advisory and growth for nonprofits, and corporate, experiential, and stewardship partnerships for sports organizations and brands. Founded in 2021 by Seanna Crosley, our team brings 20+ years of senior partnership and fundraising experience to the work.

We work with nonprofit executive directors, CEOs, and boards; sports organization partnership leads; and corporate CSR and partnership directors. Our flagship clients include Philadelphia Soccer 2026 — the official Local Host Committee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup — alongside Fred’s Footsteps, Founding Forward, and 20+ organizations across the Northeast and beyond.

Both — and that’s the differentiator. Partnership-building is the underlying discipline. We apply it to nonprofit fundraising on one side, and to sports, experiential, and corporate work on the other. The same senior team works across both practices.

We are based in Philadelphia, where most of our work is rooted. Our client base extends nationally, with engagements ranging from local Philadelphia nonprofits to national organizations and major sporting events. We remain a Philadelphia-first advisory practice.

Most engagements begin with a 30-minute discovery conversation. From there, we scope a multi-month strategic engagement that combines strategy with execution. Senior team members stay in the work throughout, ensuring continuity from planning through delivery.
